Founded in 1992 by Restaurateur Scott Harris, Francesca’s Restaurant Group has grown from a small, welcoming Italian restaurant on Chicago’s North Clark Street to a restaurant group of six concepts across 27 locations and three states.

Francesca’s Restaurants is a neighborhood Trattoria offering classic Italian favorites in an ambiance of sophisticated comfort. 

Davanti Enoteca is a lively wine bar and restaurant with shareable contemporary twists on rustic Italian cuisine. 

Disotto is reminiscent of a wine cellar on the Italian countryside. Everything is cooked with love and from scratch--just like Nonna's kitchen.  

Fat Rosie's Taco and Tequila Bar is a fun, hip & festive family-friendly Mexican Taqueria featuring a modern take on traditional Mexican fare with small plates, shareable “street foods” & endless tequila. 

Joe's Imports invites guests to uncork worldly bottles of wine from Joe’s curated selection of unique wines inspired by his travels, while passing plates of modern Mediterranean noshes. Joe’s goal is to take each guest on a vacation in a glass, through each sip of wine. 

Hillgrove Tap - the official sports bar of Western Springs, serves-up classic American family-friendly fare, 24 beers on tap, and sports games displayed all day long on multiple TVs. 

Across all concepts, the multi-unit restaurant group maintains its commitment to the original restaurant’s founding philosophy of Italian hospitality—where simple food with quality ingredients and thoughtful service make a meal.

Sous Chef - Davanti Enoteca on Taylor Street

We are looking for Entry Level Sous Chef candidates to build a career with the Francesca’s Restaurant Group. Our dynamic, fast-paced work environment is ideal for high-energy, service minded operators.

This position will provide direct support to the Executive Chef overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations; cooking, production, inventory, quality control and sanitation.
